I know I've been gone for awhile and I'll be gone again. Our computer is down until we can get our modem replaced, which is being sent by our phone company, but it might not be until next Monday. Coming to the library to log on to the Internet is pretty inconvenient but I didn't want all my bloggy friends to think I'd fallen off the face of the earth. So, hopefully I will be back regularly soon.
I want to give a BIG thank you to all of you who expressed your congratulations to our family on the birth of our first grandchild. She and my daughter came home on Sunday evening and I was able to spend a good part of the day with them on Monday. What a blessing, and lots of fun, to be able to take care of them for awhile. They are doing very well. Katie and Lorelei are getting the knack of nursing, which isn't always easy at first, as some of you moms may know. They, along with the new daddy, will be coming to our house this weekend and I'm really looking forward to that.
Again, thank you for all your well wishes. We feel incredibly blessed. And, you can be sure there will be more pictures!

Oh, I know how you feel! I had to do that for a little while too while my internet was being worked on!

I guess we all thought the same thing...you definitely had something far more important than blogging to take your time! Congratulations again...I can't even imagine what you're feeling as you hold the child of your child. "Awe" is probably the right word.
